My journey toward success started in 2013 when I joined Dhairya Ek Saath Ek Vishwas. I enrolled in an English Speaking Course, where I learned much more than just English. I developed important skills such as communication skills, personality development, overcoming stage fear, interview skills, and body language grooming. After completing the course, we were taken to a Job Fair, where HR representatives from many reputed companies were conducting interviews. I appeared for interviews with 2–3 companies, and I was selected by Masscallnet Pvt. Ltd., a telecom company, as a Telecaller. My starting salary package was 5,428rs. per month. With hard work, dedication, and a continuous desire to learn and improve, I progressed within the same company. After around two years, I was promoted to Team Leader. Later, I was transferred to the Back Office Department as an MIS Executive. My journey of learning and growth continued. Through continuous hard work and improvement of my professional skills, I am now working as a Senior MIS Executive at Vodafone Idea Corporate Office, with a current salary package of approximately ₹37,000 per month. When I look back at my journey, from starting my career with a salary of ₹5,428 in 2013 to reaching my current position, I feel proud of how far I have come. My story is an example that with the right guidance, hard work, continuous learning, and self-confidence, even a small beginning can lead to a successful career. I am sincerely thankful to Dhairya Ek Saath Ek Vishwas for giving me the opportunity to take the first step toward my career and for helping me develop the confidence, communication skills, and professional abilities that have played an important role in my success.
